I recently had the pleasure of staying at Coco Villa, and I must say that it was an absolute delight from start to finish. The level of customer service I experienced was unparalleled, making my stay truly memorable. From the moment I entered the stunning villa, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism by the staff. The check-in process was seamless, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed and comfortable. The attention to detail in the villa's design and decor was exceptional, creating an atmosphere of luxury and relaxation. One of the standout features of my stay was the impeccable customer service provided by the staff. They were always available and eager to assist with any request or inquiry, making me feel like a valued guest. Whether it was arranging transportation, recommending local attractions, or attending to special requests, the staff at Coco Villa demonstrated a level of hospitality that exceeded my expectations. The accommodations were nothing short of spectacular. The villa was not only aesthetically pleasing but also equipped with modern amenities that enhanced my overall experience. The attention to cleanliness and maintenance was evident throughout my stay, contributing to a sense of tranquility and well-being The attention to detail extended to the overall ambiance of the property, including well-maintained gardens, a pristine pool, and serene common areas. The villa's commitment to creating a relaxing environment was evident, providing a perfect balance between luxury and comfort. In addition the excellent cooking class In conclusion, my stay at Coco Villa was an exceptional experience, thanks in large part to the outstanding customer service provided by the dedicated staff. I firstly want to say that all of the staff at Villa Coco were absolutely outstanding. Always have been each and every time I've stayed. We have always been made to feel most welcome, and it's not just when you arrive, and it's not just front office reception. It's the gardeners, cleaners, maintenance, the balinese people are just beautiful and friendly and want to look after you. We arrived early and requested an early check-in but knew check-in wasn't until 3 p.m., so we were prepared to leave our bags if the room wasn't ready. We were offered fresh cold towels to freshen up and a welcome drink. Fortunately, we were able to check-in early, so we were very grateful. A very special thank you to Stacey and the front office team, who made our stay absolutely magical 🙏 A special mention to Claire who first invited us to stay many years ago during Nyepi and we've always enjoyed coming back! We stayed a week in a 2-Bed Private Villa with a pool, and it was just sensational. Exceptionally clean, staff come around each night and light mozzie coils and spray for your comfort. An added touch as mozzies can be bad, especially during the wet season. We loved the outdoor bathroom as it allows you to gaze up at the stars at night, and privacy screens are strategically placed so you are not on show to your neighbours. There is just something magical about this design that we love. The pool was beautiful and clean, and we enjoyed a freshly cooked breakfast delivered to our villa each morning. Each day, we would come back, and the villa was clean and tidied for us. They really go above and beyond 🙌 Walking into Villa Coco, it's like a private compound with lush balinese gardens perfectly manicured. Location is amazing with access to the beach and shopping right at your doorstep, Bintang Supermarket is a short walk away and an Express Laundry a 2 minute walk away, which is approx. $2/kg for same day service.

We stayed at a Garden Villa. The property is little old but well maintained. The beach is 5-7 mins walk from the property. Pool at the property is open 24*7 and they also have a pool bar which is open from 8am to 9pm. They don't have a in-house restaurant so the breakfast is served in your villa (or they can arrange it by the pool) at a time of your choosing until 12 noon. Breakfast options are good but limited. There are many restaurants nearby, hardly 2-3 mins walk. There are also bike renting shops, souvenir shops and tour & travel shops nearby, all within 2-3 mins of walking distance. The staff was courteous, helpful, and welcoming. Looking to ditch normal hotels and try some different kind of stay in Bali, you can definitely give this property a try.

The villa was beautiful and just off the street buzzing with activity while set in a serene setting. The staff here are wonderful and so so accommodating, especially spraying mosquitoes and they also allowed us a late check out which was so lovely. We did have an encounter with a Jenis Musang, a small cat like creature who was walking around our roof at night. Infairness, security were very diligent in diagnosing the issue and assured us we were safe. Really enjoyed the stay here.

Fabulous place to stay, a quiet oasis in the hustle & bustle of Seminyak . Lots of space in a 2 story villa. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Comfy bed, staff come and do a turn down service every evening. Breakfast delivered to your room every morning, good choice. Quiet pool area, beautiful gardens. Easy access to the beach through the rear of the complex. Cannot rate this place highly enough, will recommend. Ideal for solo travellers.
